Green Tea

Not only is green tea lower in caffeine than black tea or coffee, but it also contains the amino-acid L-theanine, which induces a calming effect, according to resent research from Japan.

Iced Green tea Recipe

Add 5 tea bags of your favorite organic green tea to a quart. Add boing water and let sit for 5 minutes. Then add cold water and enjoy over ice! You may also add a couple bags of a flavored herbal tea such as rasberry for a sweat treat!
