Does Milk Really do the body good?

Does it seem right that we are the only species that drinks another species milk? Our digestive systems are made to digest human milk. Cows milk has 3 times more protein and almost 4 times more calcium than  human milk. It's perfectly suited for the development of a cow but a human? According to a "systems" model this is way out of proportion and when an excess of nutrients are present they need to be excreted. Since milk can cause a mucus effect in our systems an overabundance of heavy dairy products can cause a clogging effect and will block the excretion process which can result in the body trying to excrete it through our skin (acne), and mucous membranes (mucous/congestion). Other common problems with build-up are asthma, allergies, ear infections, pimples and overweight. I could go on and on so I will continue later in a part 2. A much better ( and tastier) option is almond milk!
